Shape the AI, don't just use it.
Doctors and other experienced professionals interested in paid expert AI work. You don't need to code. You need strong subject knowledge and close attention to detail.

Where experts fit in. Learn how doctors and other experts help improve AI models, what the common tasks look like and what paid projects usually expect.
09:35–10:35
How good work is judged. Learn the main tasks: comparing answers, explaining what is wrong, rewriting an answer, creating the best answer and writing a clear scoring guide.
10:50–12:15
Compare, explain and improve. Practise choosing the better answer, explaining your choice, finding subtle mistakes and writing a stronger version.
12:15–13:00
Write the best possible answer. Learn how to write an answer that is accurate, clear, concise and honest about uncertainty.
13:00–13:45
Lunch and informal questions. Meet people from other specialties and ask the course team about the work.
13:45–14:45
Build a scoring guide (rubric). Turn your professional judgement into simple criteria, then test whether different experts score the same answer in the same way.
14:45–15:30
Try to make the model fail (red-teaming). Create difficult cases that reveal missing information, false reassurance, invented evidence or unsafe advice.
15:45–17:15
Work to project standard. Complete a timed exercise, receive feedback and learn how to apply for work, protect confidential information and deliver consistently.

Do I need a technical background?
No. It's for complete beginners as well as people who already use AI. No coding required, just bring a laptop.
What does it cost?
£100 for the day, or £250 for all three days of the Clinical AI Skills Series.
Will materials be shared afterwards?
Yes. You'll leave with worked examples, a scored exercise with feedback and reusable templates, plus an optional second practice task afterwards.
