09:00–09:30
Welcome and getting started. We will look at how you use AI now, where it could save you time and what you want to improve during the day.
09:30–10:40
Choose the right tool. Learn which model to use for which job, how to give it the right background and how to save useful instructions for later.
10:55–12:20
Use AI on real work. See live examples for reading papers, drafting documents and emails, preparing teaching, making slides and thinking through decisions.
12:20–13:05
Lunch and choose your task. Choose one real piece of work to improve during the afternoon.
13:05–14:35
Build your own ways of working. Create and test three repeatable ways to use AI in your own work, with help from the course team.
14:50–15:35
When to automate. Learn what agents and connected tools can do, where they save time and when you should keep direct control.
15:35–16:15
Use AI safely. Understand what can go wrong, how to protect confidential information, how to check facts and why you remain responsible for the final result.
16:15–17:15
Put it all together. Test your work with other delegates and leave with a simple plan for the next 30 days.

Join an optional 30-day check-in and show one way AI has improved your work.

Do I need a technical background?
No. It's for complete beginners as well as people who already use AI. No coding required, just bring a laptop.
What does it cost?
£100 for the day, or £250 for all three days of the Clinical AI Skills Series.
Will materials be shared afterwards?
Yes. You'll leave with your own AI tools, workflows and a 30-day plan, plus an optional 30-day check-in.
